Traditional foundations often involve excavation, spoil removal, and concrete pours. Ground screws remove much of that process, allowing work to start without digging large trenches around the property.
They are particularly well suited to modern extension systems such as SIP panels and modular construction, where much of the structure is manufactured off-site and installed within a short timeframe.
